Photoshoot #8 - Fine Lines

Welcome models to the eighth Photoshoot. This round, we want your teams to show us the subtle differences between two emotions.

Two emotions? That's right. This round, we're going to have three teams of two instead of the normal two teams.

As the winner of the last shoot, Kirsten got to choose her team and going based off the order of the ladies posted in her Portfolio, she will be working with Emma this round.

To determine how the remaining four models are paired up, we will go to Cate's list for teammates since Cate was the runner-up in the last shoot. Cate will be working with Milla this round.

This leaves Jennifer and Rihanna as the final pair.


Now, back to the shoot at hand. This shoot, each team member will represent an emotion that is close to another emotion, but we want you two to show us the subtle difference between them. Examples would be a team showing us the difference between Confidence and Arrogance. Another could be the difference between Love and Lust.

The two teams with the highest scores will be safe from elimination while the lowest-scoring team will be our Bottom 2 this round and face elimination.

Kirsten, you won the last shoot, but Immunity has been taken off the table. However, you will have 2 points added to your score this round as a reward for winning the last one.


You all have until 10pm (eastern) on Tuesday to complete this shoot.

I was thinking that since it was just teams of 2, PMs would serve the same purpose. But now that I think of it, some of the judges do like to snoop on your process. I'll go make boards.

Emma's dealing with a personal emergency and is worried she might be an hour or two late. I don't want to penalize someone for having a personal emergency, so there will be a very small extension of an extra two hours. The new deadline is midnight (eastern).

One of my judges asked if you all were being scored individually or as pairs and having seen her ask that, it made me think that some models might be wondering the same thing.

You are still being scored individually and then your scores will be combined for your team score (like in other team challenges). The judges will take your connection to one another into consideration when scoring both members, though.

Judges are voting on elimination (two of us are in). I'm not planning on posting the next shoot today, anyway. And if I do, the reservations won't start till tomorrow (it is a reservation shoot).

The judges have reached a majority decision. The results and the next shoot will be posted before 4pm (eastern) today. The reservations for the shoot will not start until 9pm (eastern) regardless of when the shoot itself gets posted.
